Can't really compare with other hairdryers but this one is pretty excellent

A good no-frills hairdryer with a longer lead
Just what I wanted - an ordinary hairdryer (my fine hair doesn't like the ionic type). The longer lead was my main requirement, which is the main reason I bought this one.Not too heavy and the controls are easy to use. Another positive feature is that the filter is easily removed and is made of a fine metal. Other hairdryers I've used have had flimsy plastic type filters, which didn't last long.

Good value and quality
Medium weight dryer. Good temperatures on 3 settings plus cool shot. Not very noisy. Nice long quality cord. Good power. Its true the slider controls appear weak but no issues so far. 2 year guarantee plus extra 1 year on top if you register purchase online. Prefer a shorter ‘snout’ but not a big issue, and not too small in diameter. Medium size dryer overall. One attachment for precision drying. Returned 2 other makes: 1 was very cheap quality, the other was ionic and I didn't realise how limp that would make my fine hair so i came back to Remington for about the third time as i don't think you can beat them. Overall I'm very happy with this one and definitely recommend 👍

Dry my old , long hair
I'm a bloke and Covid came and I grew my hair as a lot of us did.Apparently I look better with longer hair, apparently I'd look better with anything longer but that is another review.... however, cut to getting up and getting to work on time and my pesky long locks are still wet. Fast forward to this Remington bundle of fun. It works, it's straight forward, big, black and manly. Grrr!

Very pleased
Really pleased with this. It was cheaper than some other similar products so I was a bit dubious but its one of the best hair dryers I've ever had! It dries the hair quickly and the hottest mode doesn't burn like some dryers do. Nice and quiet too.

Super light weight with great heat for drying my hair.

Probably not for longer hair
I doubt this would have dried my hair when it was long and thick but 50 years on its a lot thinner and way shorter!The hottest setting is just too hot and the lower setting is warm but I wiggle the hairdryer a lot and it goes much colder when moved but still takes very little time to dry at full speed.The nozzle only has 2 positions which isnt great as it means a lot of twisting the hairdryer rather than the nozzle.Certainly not blown away by it and might have returned but then it's a faff trying to choose another.
