We love this brand and food. It’s a true whole food and is one of the easiest grain to digest. Very healthy. It has a nutty sweet flavor and I sweeten it with agave. It’s low carb and has an oatmeal texture when cooked. We boil in water and sometimes add a little almond milk. It takes about 20 minutes to cook for that oatmeal texture. It’s also a great value as Kamut can be expensive in stores.

Very tasty, easy to cook..I already tried this Kamut two times and I am not disappointed.

So GOOD. Tried it once and it’s now my 7th time purchasing. It goes fast if you’re doing calisthenics / working out. Such a great healthy carb alternative (There are Good, Carbs, and the Poisoning Carb, Know the Difference!) to the other starchy items like: Oat Meal, Potatoes, and a million others of it’s corrupt kind (Substance). For you sensitive clean vegans like I, this does not bloat you. Which is why it’s so much better than your starchy cheap Oatmeal. Hence Kamuts Price. Price vs Vitality?
