No flaws on the this pan we received. Pan heated and cooked perfectly - made some mouthwatering apple/caramel crepes this past weekend. What more is there to say?

Not sure what went wrong, but this pan doesn't work for me! Possible I received a "lemon" that fell through the cracks in quality control, but I have no way to know. My opinion is this: TOO THIN to provide proper heat distribution. Hot spots. Sticking. I am returning it. Sorry!I'm an experienced cook, not a novice. Have a ceramic cook top stove. Followed directions. Let me repeat: I may have received a griddle that fell through the inspection cracks and I do NOT want to say that this is a bad product. Just reporting that MY experience with it is unsatisfactory.

This pan has been great for cooking pancakes! No need for butter! This is the way they turned out with no Pam/butter. I tried heating tortillas but that was a no go. I had a hard time taking off the burnt/charred crust. Thank God I had some Weiman cleaning product for my glass cooktop & that was the way I rescued it! Have only used it for pancakes after that, it does say it’s for pancakes & not tortillas lol However, it heats up really hot & very quickly, so it will burn even just cooking pancakes. I haven’t tried cooking anything else on it. The griddle is beautiful!!! Makes me wanna change all my cookware to this style but not if they all burn at high temps. maybe because this is thinner than usual pans although it’s not that thin either. Regardless, will be ordering another one for back up. For the price you can’t beat it, even if it’s only for pancakes.

With the coupon, this is the cheapest crepe/pancake/dosa pan in amazon. It has ceramic coating, so safer than non-stick.It is a good size, lightweight and has good heat transfer.Had to clean it thoroughly before use (10 times), as i found many smudges on it. But one imperfection did not go away.Tested making dosas on a gas stove and got a burnt smell after a while. It was the handle not able to withstand the heat. Did not put the handle directly on flame. The problem is that it is NOT heat resistant and is constructed too close to the pan.I imagine it will be good with medium heat.You definitely get Money's worth. I just wish it had a better handle.

Have been using this pan for a year, I use it only for pancakes. It does not conduct heat very well and unlessI use a ton of butter or oil on the pan, the pancakes stick.

Used it as an omelet pan. The omelet came out delicious and with no sticking on the pan. I took out a little insurance by putting a bit of butter and olive oil on the pan. Love, love, love this pan!

Only took 4 uses and non-stick was gone! Even after following care instructions. Also arrived with a dent so much for quality
