Can this be hung to a ceiling

There is a single screw to fasten the shower holder to whatever. I assume if it goes into a ceiling joist and you use a long enough screw it should be ok. The quality of the shower head itself is pretty good. Hope that helps.

Is this plastic or metal as brought a set with shower hose ect and it came with a rubbing plastic one that has now broken after 2 months ?

This shower head wall bracket is of chrome plated metal. It is substantial and well made. It was easy to install and is very satisfactory.

Is this product made in China?

I had this item for over 10 months now, yes I remember it came from China.
