Great Value for Complete Set
I’m a former avid golfer (10-12 rounds per month) but have been out of the game for 10 years. Now that I have a bit more free time I decided to get back in. I used to have a nice set of clubs but gave them away a few years ago after they sat untouched in the garage. I was looking for a complete set that wouldn’t break the bank. I only plan to play Occasionally and figured I’d start with a decent inexpensive set and see if I stick with it. I did quite a bit of online research and was about to pull the trigger on some Callaway Stratas which were ranked high by multiple sources. However after reading some reviews here about woods basically falling apart after only a few hits, I started looking at other options. I decided on this set because Wilson is a trusted name, the reviews were decent and the price was right. Out of the box the clubs looked good. The bag is not the highest quality but what do you expect for this price. It’s good enough and looks fine. Gets the job done. I was generally impressed with the aesthetics and build quality of the clubs. The grips could be a little beefier but again, at this price it was just fine. On the range the day I got them I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to make good solid contact. These are very forgiving clubs great for beginner or someone like me getting back in the game. I feel like I’m getting good distance out of the woods and the irons. Still trying to figure out where the hybrid comes in but I’m working that out. The sand wedge has great loft and on the range I was nailing the pin on the 75 yard target with some consistency. I’m not hitting the ball as straight as i would like consistently but that’s more about my swing than the clubs. The only thing I really don’t care for is the putter. The shaft is a bit long for me (I’m 5-8) but I feel all the other clubs are fine in length. I had an old Odessey 2 ball that I carry along so no biggie. Bottom line: this set is just fine for the beginning or occasional golfer. The clubs are easy to hit and look good. The bag my not last long but can be easily replaced when the need arises.

Great bag for beginners
Great set, I started golf about 4 months ago and got this set to learn and play with. I’ve been playing every week and won’t complain much, the driver definitely is ok not the best but does what it needs to do for a beginner only downside the material on the driver is a bit soft, dented mine on like the third use. The irons are great, some solid shots with those. The bag is perfect, not too heavy ( I am a bigger guy ) and easy to use the back straps. Overall durable set for beginners.

Something you’d like to know before purchasing this set
Well, I have to admit I am a true rookie golfer, I used my friend’s 30-year old clubs for the beginning 6 months of my golf “career” before I deciding to get a new set of clubs after my golf instructor noticed that the old clubs were about 1” shorter than the current standard, they were blade shape, and didn’t give too much forgiveness. With the flooding of all kinds of “beginner’s set” in the market, I downsized my selection to two sets: Wilson Profile SGI, and Precise 14-pieces set because of my club preferences I developed, the club bag appearance, clubs combination, and budget. Let me start with Pros and Cons first then give a briefly comparison since I actually bought and tried both sets. Pros: Fancy looking bag with a lot pockets, enlarged impact surface on the club face, very comfortable grips, good club combinations (1 driver, 1 5-wood, 1 5-HY, 5 to 9 irons, 1 PW, 1 SW, and 1 putter), irons are constructed to provide good forgiving for the beginners like myself. Cons: Driver shaft is about 1-1/2” shorter than I wish (I’m 5’-11” but with long arms, the driver requires me to bend my knee a little bit with the correct posture), the 5-HY uses steel shaft instead of graphite, the bag handles are poorly constructed but the straps are good, the bag provides only 4 compartments for organizing the clubs, which doesn’t allow the golfer to organize the current clubs properly, needless to say to use the bag for any future club expansions. The bag doesn’t come with a rain cover. Compared to the Precise 14-piece set: Advantage: Brand name, the golf bag has better (stronger) straps, extra SW, better grips, better irons, driver’s loft is 10.5 vs 12. Disadvantage: The shaft for the driver is 1-1/2” shorter but about the same length of my 15-year old Taylormade driver (see the second photo). The hybrid shaft is steel while the counterpart uses graphite shaft. The 5-HY is overall shorter than the counterpart’s 21-degree HY (see the first photo). Comes with a 5-wood while the counterpart comes with a 3-wood. Bag doesn’t come with a rain cover like the upper tier Deep Red bag. $49-$78 more expensive depending on the current day price. Conclusion: My intention was to keep one set, hence, I am sending this one back because I’d prefer to have a longer shaft driver, graphite shaft hybrid, a 3-wood instead of a 5-wood, a easier organized bag, which are all my personal preferences. However, if you don’t mind all the disadvantages I listed above, this set would serve you well. For the Precise 14-piece set I am keeping, I probably will have to invest additional $90 or more to get the grips replaced, and pay $50 to get a SW. The overall cost will be more than this set. Anyway, both sets are robust enough to survive a 9-hole game. After cleaning up the clubs after each game, the club heads showed a little to no wearings.

I love these so far.
I have only taken them out once so far but I am impressed with the quality for the money. The driver is decently easy to hit. The clubs are very solid. The quality is great. I like them a lot so far. I am getting back into golf after not playing for a few years. My last set of clubs was roughly 20 years old and the technology of the oversized clubs is very nice. The hybrid club is great. The value for the dollar is unmatched from what I've seen. The putter is decent but basic. Improves game: The clubs are forgiving. I enjoy them over my older set that had older tech. Ease of use: The oversized driver has been easy to hit long and straight drives. This is coming from an occasional golfer that typically slices. Build quality: Clubs feel solid and are very nice quality for the price. Beginners: These are a great value for a decent set of clubs to get you out and on the courses. Hitability: Driver has been easy to hit.

First Impression mamaloskies!!
Extremely satisfied!… zAZ! I took these bad boys out to the driving range the first day I got them. I started off with my sand wedge, ending with the nine iron (15 rounds each). After my iron trials I was jumping up and down because I knew I picked a good set of golf irons for a faction of the price. That being said, judging from the sand wedge to the 6 iron, I give it a strong competitive mamaloskies!! 5!!!! Moving onto the hybrid, Fairway wood, and Driver. Your initial start is crucial, if you’re consistent you can drive the ball between 250 to 350 yards easy on these upper shafts..I give them a strong competitive mamaloskies !!! 5 !!!! ZAZ!! See video. Finally, I bought these babies for $250 used and has been the best investment I’ve ever made!! Oh, by the way, after researching over 100 sets and reading countless reviews just like you’re doing right now they all had the same flaw some clubs “drivers” fly off within weeks .. ….it could be manufactures error or swingers error, but they all had the same flaw, even the most expensive ones. It happens there’s warranty. Wilson is good about replacing their products…

Amazing quality for the cost
Gave as gift and I think he’s had them in his hands every chance he gets. Very good quality materials and better than expected delivery time.

Great starter set!
Great starter set. We had one little hiccup with one of the clubs however, the seller got a hold of Wilson and New club was sent out within a week. Very satisfied with the seller and with Wilson.

Get what you pay for and it's good enough
I'm not a good golfer. I have a 27 handicap and reliably shoot about 100. I got tired of renting sets at my winter home so got this set after reading the decent reviews. I normally play Taylor Made m6's with a stealth driver, Callaway 3w, 4h and 5h, and a couple Jaws wedges. That set new runs about $1,500 today and I just couldn't justify the cost. Bottom line: These are better than most clubs you'll rent at most public courses but if you have a good set at home you might feel disappointed. I'd still recommend them, though, because of what you get. The full set, driver through putter with a sand wedge, 5w, and 5-hybrid, is unique at this price point. You also get a decent bag which isn't going to get you laughed off the course. They seem well made and I didn't notice the issues other people had with the bag and grips. The downside is they're a bit heavy and hit a bit clunky. After playing 3 full rounds over the last week I found i needed to club up to hit where I normally would. My 7i M6 gets me about 150-160 but with these it's 130-140. I normally drive about 210-220 but max about 200 here. I don't see a big difference in putting distance :) I think it's because their extra weight makes me swing a bit slower. If I try to whale on it it goes everywhere so I'd rather hit short and straight than long and who knows where. So for a beginner just starting out not wanting to borrow or rent anymore, you should do OK with these. You might want to check out a used club shop and swing a bit just to be sure. But these are probably the best new clubs you can get for less than $400.

Better than expected
I've always been a Wilson sporting goods fan my first set was Wilson stretch. The shallow cavity backs on the irons and extra oversized club head gives so much forgiveness, the hybrid and wood perform so well and the driver seemed to add +24 yards to my best drive!. The putter, I've never been a blade fan but this, this blade putter has extra weight in the head and a slim grip, I'd prefer a flat wide grip but for the sake of pick up and play this is 110% worth a buy. My only negative is that the stand bag didn't come with a rain cover and the bag doesn't have too many pockets.

Muy mala calidad
A la tercer semana de usarlos, el Driver se rompió . Los demás si están bien, pero el driver muy pero muy malo.

Fantastic
As a new golfer these clubs are amazing. Great feel. Great forgiveness. The only thing lacking is the quality. A see if the insets on the bag are peeling. And the little black notch separating the shaft from the hozzle has come loose.
