Best Cajun Seasoning
I have tried many of the store-bought brands of Cajun or Creole seasoning and this is the best tasting of them all. Not too much heat and great flavor. If you want more heat, add cayenne pepper. It does list salt as the first ingredient so be careful adding any additional salt. I don't know what the Cajun TV chefs are using for their Creole seasoning but they typically add a lot of salt to recipes. For example, Kevin Belton, who is a great TV chef, sells his own brand of seasoning but salt is the first ingredient. It can't be what he uses on his show because he always adds lots of salt to recipes.

Great in your kitchen!
This is a very flavorful spice to add to anything. I have tried it on spinach, zucchini and onion and in a quiche. You have to experiment with the amount. Too much does nothing...you need a fair amount. It mad e the quiche I made really delicious!
