Super creamy very chocolatey delicious kind of pricey but worth it for instant chocolate

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this hot chocolate. I am not a chocolate person, is rather eat pickles it spicey but I had this hot chocolate at my kids dentist office and I was hooked. Disappointing part is that you can't find it anywhere, which always seems to be the case when you really want or like something. I don't have the machine used with these packets but I gotta take it how I can get it. Very rich, creamy and delicious!!! Wish they made POD cups OR even packets. Can anyone answer why, things that consumers would buy and want they don't sell in stores or make it easy to find? I find this a lot. Things come out, people love it and then it is gone. Never to be seen again. Rambling...get it, you won't regret it.

Love this hot chocolate best stuff ever

I expected a rich, chocolatey flavor, but this was pretty underwhelming. It’s not bad, just milder than I hoped for—especially given the price. Definitely not the indulgent hot chocolate experience I was looking for.

I was surprised how the cocoa came. The packets were on a plastic rod hooked in by a plastic grommet. It seemed odd to me. However the cocoa is very delicious and dissolved nicely in hot water. Add whip cream and or marshmallows that’s heaven!

Love having hot cocoa with this weather getting colder. And this chocolate is the perfect taste because it’s so creamy and delicious.

I work in a medium sized admin office situated in a medical center where food, especially free food is always welcomed with open arms. I have NEVER received so many complaints regarding a free drink, let alone something with chocolate. There's next to no chocolate flavor mysteriously, even though the smell is quite good. Even using two packets at a time did nothing to improve the taste. I've always loved dove chocolate, so just extremely disappointed in branded hot chocolate that is so lackluster, as such an exorbitant price point. The staff requested I order swiss miss instead of trying for a variation.
