I had a vestibulectomy and this has been an essential part of my recovery! I have to ice 24/7 so I bought several packs of these. They do take a bit to freeze so I’d recommending having several on hand to rotate between. They thaw in 30-60 minutes on average. They have done an amazing job relieving pain! They are very moldeable so it’s easy to adjust them for icing such a sensitive area. They are long enough that they were able to ice my full pelvic region when everything hurt immediately post-surgery. You can push the beads to one side of the pack so that it ices one area more than another too. They come with multiple sleeves which ensure comfort (way more comfortable than covering the ice packs in paper towels) and make sure that you don’t get frostbite. The sleeves washed up very well on a delicate cycle. Highly recommend!

I purchased these to use after delivery and kept them in the freezer for a few months before our daughter was born. Although she was unfortunately stillborn at 38 weeks I did tear during delivery and these ice packs provided me SO much comfort afterwards. (Nobody wants to be in agonizing physical pain AND grieving) I found they stayed cold longer than the hospital ones and felt way less bulky. I liked the removable sleeves for washing and have since used these as ice packs for my neck when I have a headache. A great product I would recommend to every expecting parent.

The covers are very soft and the gel packs themselves are very soft and flexible. If they are too frozen, you can let them thaw just a bit and they are perfect. Fits right in the underwear and hits all the right spots. Ha. Perfect for postpartum, period pains, or after a downstairs related surgery. I’ve used for all of the above.

I bought these because I thought that I would use them a lot more after giving birth. However I did not I did use them for a short period of time and with the times I did use them they did give me some relief and they were not, not uncomfortable. I ended up giving them away to a cousin of mine and the extra protectors that I did not use. She really liked them and said she got way way more use out of them so I guess it’s a preference. But they are good quality and I mean I can’t say that I wouldn’t buy them again if I absolutely needed them or felt like I would use them a lot more.

After having extensive vaginal reconstructive surgery, I was looking for more long-term cooling relief than the perineal cooling packs my hospital provided. Twenty minutes just wasn't enough to suit my needs. These cold packs are my new best friends!I hand washed the sleeves in dye-free and scent-free soap, then air dryed them. While I waited for them to dry, I placed the cold packs in the freezer. After a short wait, sweetsweet relief!They weren't too cold. They weren't hard and bumpy. They were absolute perfection. Since they are packed with gel beads, they form to your body's contours. Thankfully, I ordered two sets and just switch them out, as needed. I definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a similar surgery or for postpartum care. I would've loved these after I had my babies......just amazing!!! Don't hesitate to buy them.

While they are; easy to use, the right size, and comfortable, they are not very sturdy. One has already exploded. Maybe you aren’t supposed to sit on the. No that is what are designed for. Will pay more for a better product.

Bought these going into labor thinking I was going to have a traditional v birth however my labor didn't go as planned and I needed an emergency c-section. I had these in the freezer and they were amazing for my c-section as well. The soft coverings didn't irritate my skin and I found this to be very comforting to take the edge off the pain and help me heal. They also molded perfectly to the area under your belly and I was able to place them right in my underwear and go about my day. These were fantastic and I'm so happy I had them!
