Gale Force Nine Dungeon of The Mad Mage: Halaster Blackcloak (1 Fig) Collector's Series Miniature, Multicolor

Beautiful fig. Alot of reviews keep referring to Item " out of package" not being the same as the packaging photo. These definitely are designed for the discerning hobbyist. Flashing, trimming, re positioning, painting are all expected. I find that 45 seconds in the microwave will make material pliable enough to fix any warping. HOT water wont do it. I cooked mine prior to clipping to offset brittleness and cooked more than once to correct positioning. I have alot of the figs. Can not beat the detail.

My husband bought this for our campaign and we assumed it would be prepainted based on the image. Unfortunately, that's our mistake as it wasn't. That wasn't the major issue, though. It came as an unassembled 3D print. I had to cut the pieces apart and sand them down. Something to be aware of.

I have ordered two, I thought manufacturing error on the first one.(it was easy to return and get replacement but when the replacement arrived several days later I could tell through the bubble wrap that his cloak was cracked and I just want my money back. I have tons of Nolzur’s painted and unpainted that hold up way better than this cheap plastic gale force 9 is using.

It is good enough. Always a bit small for my preferences. The Blast Scepter was tedious and small for detail work. Eventually it snapped the off during storage.Overall wish these unique mini would come out for the release of the books since my group hustles through new content.

This is my second experience buying one of the GaleForce9 collector's minis, and both experiences have been not too great. This figure arrived with Halastar's staff broken off (but not in the packaging?). There is a massive amount of flashing on this figure, far more than comparably priced figures from other companies. This figure does have more detail than the Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures line, but the cons to me outweigh the pros.

Without a doubt the worst mini I have ever seen. For some reason you are expexted to glue the mini to the base. There is absolutely no detail, looks nothing like the picture.

Moderately difficult sculpt to paint due to small details. Painter should have confidence and experience.Caution:The sculpt has fine details that result in a high probability for defects. Upon receiving your model check for any major defects ( the wand was broken my 1st order). Use amazon return policy if you have received a defective sculpt.This is perfect for the Dungeon of Mad Mage (DoMM) campaign or any old wizard who likes to use the Robes Of Eyes. I would recommend this product to skilled painters that want to avoid paying expensive prices for the iconic Final Boss of the DoMM Campaign.

Product was shipped in a mailer pouch, not a box. Arrived broken, and extremely messy. Very little detail, you are more or less expected to "clean" the item before painting... Nothing like others I have ordered....

Premetto che questo prodotto mi è piaciuto in generale. Ma devo fare due appunti:1) la miniatura non è molto grande e sembra leggermente più piccola rispetto ad un personaggio di un prodotto simile (visibile in foto la comparazione con una miniatura di Reaper Miniatures);2) La parte sottostante della miniatura che serve per attaccare la figura alla base non si sposa perfettamente con i fori della base stessa e per attaccare insieme le due componenti ho dovuto sudare un po' ... Fortunatamente era sera tarsi e nessun vicino ha sentito l'intero presepe cadere giù dalle stelle;In generale ok. Se si è un collezionista con molta pazienza questo è un prodotto che fa per te.

Consegna puntuale.La miniatura è in resina tipo “Finecast GW” (...per chi conosce il materiale) con tutti i difetti del caso... molto delicata e di difficile lavorazione. La di può piegare (ma senza esagerare) immergendo la parte in acqua calda. Molti dettagli sono da sistemare molte bave si colatura sono da eliminare. Un lavoro lungo e di pazienza.Diciamo che è una miniatura con delle potenzialità ma per modellisti con esperienza e molta pazienza.

There are a lot of problems which seems to be from printing. I wouldn’t recommend this item. Poor quality
