Q: Do they do well in full sun?

I have mine in full sun. Make sure the soil doesn't dry out but don't over water by soaking the soil.

Q: Very important -- how tall does this variety grow?

Mine grew only about a foot tall the first year. The second year (this year) some of them are a good four feet tall. They are beautiful and covered with blooms.

Q: How many seeds are there in a packet

To tell the truth, I can't remember but the seeds went to waste. I was upset that my helpers pulled out all the tall balloon flowers thinking they were weeds and was excited to find that this vendor had the tall seeds but I was laid up last year and not up to gardening and so the seeds were never planted. I did remember that the woman who sent the seeds did state that she had added extras. Anyway, I'm sorry I can't be or more help.
