Does not hold straight
People have reported on similar products. After fitting it turns on the base so it slopes downwards instead of straight. I am happy with the look of it.

Does the job, installed it upright instead of horizontal
Its nice and simple. Easy to put on a new roll of toilet paper.Installing recommendation would be installing it against the direction you would be pulling the toilet paper or else the whole roll can fly off! Hence, why I decided to just twist the holder upward instead of reinstalling!
