Appears to be good wire. There are lots of strands and is working great for test leads.

Just annoying
I don't know who wound that top spool but they wound the wire too far to one side and the spool its self came broken in the box. Just annoying as now I have to waste my time to find something to wind the wire onto so it doesn't unravel everywhere.
