Will this work for the ce198wm HP Omen?

My main problem with the charger(s) is that only the original charger will charge the laptop, while it is in use. The spare chargers I bought will only charge when the laptop is asleep or turned off. Charger is same spec as original, but Omen sees it as "low-power power source" I have not found solution on-line. HP has out smarted/teched themselves.
