This has always been a standard flour in my family. Good size and good price. The amount is double for a 4 lb. Anyway, the texture, quality, and ease of use still remains even to this very day. Very versatile for frying chicken, which is my mother's go to favorite dish with harvard beets, white rice with gravy, and biscuits. When I received the package there was flour spilling out of its plastic case. Hopefully, next time it will be sealed with ribbed heavy duty tape, in case happens again.
