Excellent OEM Fit
This is an excellent OEM replacement or Ford Expedition. After getting priced of upwards of $700 for a generic muffler, I decided to get this one and take to a local exhaust sho to install. It has to be cut to fit the tailpipe bits that's expected. And the flange doesn't use welded bits like Ford OEM but that's OK. Be sure to get some 3/8 2 1/2" black hardware bolts and nuts and the 3" graphite donut gasket.

Perfect fit, although product could be packaged better. Product delivered with very just a few scraps of paper filler in the box. Muffler was dented. I debated sending it back, but it wasn't breached so I installed it anyway.

Great replacement for my 04 Expedition
Fit was great for my 04 expedition. Very quiet and a breeze to install. I replaced the muffler and two downstream tailpipe sections, also from Walker, and everything went together with any issues.

Works like it's supposed too
Works like it's supposed too. Direct fit. But I had to cut off the tail pipe piece to make it fit my original tailpipe on my suv. Spray coated it to make it durable.

Not direct fit
This is only a direct fit if you purchase the additional section from Walker that includes the tailpipe. This does not fit with existing OEM Ford Expedition exhaust. Had to expand pipe to fit over existing pipe in order to make it work. Wasn’t shipped in a box so was pretty banged up during shipping.

great quality fit well
I hate exhaust work pretty much given up on it due to my poor welding skill on exhaust. The last time I had a muffler installed at a shop he was telling me a lot of guys are doing it themselves on the newer vehicles as it’s all bolt together so I thought I would try. I talked to walker tech , he was very helpful lining me up with what I needed and other than grinding down the over cut off one of the tail pipe joints it all fit perfect. When I have tried the slip joints in the past sometimes I had trouble getting it in all the way but these fit well I am 99% sure I’ll have no trouble with the installation. I noticed some of the other brands didn’t have the bolt on joint which makes job easier I think
