If you smoke your first cigarette of the day within 30 minutes of waking up, you should use the 4mg Lozenge. If you smoke your first cigarette after you’ve been awake for 30 minutes or more, use NiQuitin 2mg Lozenges.

How many NiQuitin Lozenges should I use each day?

Have a Lozenge every 1 to 2 hours to begin - Step 1. Use 9-15 lozenges a day. After 6 weeks, move on to Step 2, and have a lozenge every 2 to 4 hours. After 9 weeks, have 1 Lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. Stop using Minis when you are using 1 or 2 a day.

How do I use NiQuitin Lozenges?

Put one Lozenge in your mouth and allow it to dissolve fully. Periodically, move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until it is dissolved completely. This should take 20 to 30 minutes. You should not chew or swallow them whole.

No, you should not eat or drink while chewing NiQuitin Lozenges. Food and drink can interfere with the nicotine absorption from the lozenge, so we recommend that you don’t have anything else in your mouth whilst using them.

Effective and a good price

Work as they should. Takes cravings away fairly quickly. The taste is ok to start with but not so good after a while. Very chalky after a few minutes however they did the job and quite a good price. Cheaper and better for you than smoking!

Good value for money when on offer and I prefer these to the Nicorette ones which are get vert slimy and dissolve quickly - these do not have the same problem.
