Nice camera. The camera is easy to use as the button is visible for anyone to see. The battery on the camera is not bad either as I recorded videos the whole day without needing to charge.

"great for beginners" ? NOT EVEN. I wonder if the 3 5-star perfect reviews were for free products? (My vcam had a slip of paper that was a ticket to get a free something to do a review and I'm constantly getting those emails so perhaps this is one of those products being marketed as test item.) The most frustrating thing is instructions for use, from the viewpoint of an older non-tech person who has never seen a vcam. You know-how it is to buy furniture to assemble at home and the made in China instructions ate so wrong and missing steps it makes assembly a scream fest? That's how I experienced this product and the so-called instructions manual. The directions are written using English but the writer is not very fluent especially as to construction and developing meaningful phrases. For example, it says numerous times the card must be formatted by the camera even if a new card. It also says the card can be formatted elsewhere....and it fails to anywhere mention how to format the card using the camera, and then again says the card must be formatted by the camera prior to use, several times. It does not have anything on how to charge the battery which also must be done in advance of use (apparently, but mine was charged on arrival. We still need to know how to charge.) So the instructions were written by someone who doesn't know how to write a user- friendly manual and who makes a lot of assumptions of what the reader already knows. I was able to insert battery and card, got clear look on screen then when I pressed abutton to look for a way to format the screen went fuzzy black and white, and refused to let me press any other function keys. I ended up taking out the battery and sending it back. I could tell from the manual that I was going to be continually frustrated trying to learn how to use avcam with this model, totally due to bad writing.

Doesn't work, powers on fine an everything seems fine until you put a memory card in it, then it stops working. Tried multiple cards so it's not that.

I just love this camcorder I got it for my son and he love it too

I would only buy this for kids to play with.

Bought 2 of these and I wish I didn't. The picture is grainy on one of them and the other just doesn't work. Bought them for gifts 🤦🤦

I was looking forward to this item for my daughter. The same day I received the item is the same day I put in a request for refund. The camera only came on when plugged even though it showed full charge. But once unplugged it wouldn't come on. Very, very disappointed.
