Is it use the clear or color

It is clear and works quite well for preventing smudging.

i have very thick brow hairs and they never stay in place after combing could this sealer work for me?

I have relatively thick eyebrows also, and they are quite coarse too, but this topcoat works like a charm! The trick is, to comb your eyebrows then brush on one layer of the topcoat and let it dry! They will stay in place unless you excessively rub your eyebrows or smush your face around on a towel or something.

Is this tested on animals/cruelty free?

I looked you ( Google) Ienvy and kiss, they both say they don't test on animals.
