Good value.
The bed arrive much sooner than expected, however the hardware was missing. I called the company, instead of amazon right away. I was very surprised that I got an answer from a real person right away! The customer service processed my request and new hardware was shipped right away. By the time I have the whole bed the arrival time was the one I initially was expecting. The bed is very nice looking and sturdy. However just comparing the weight of this bed with the one I have from Rooms to Go I can tell the quality is inferior. With that said, a similar bed in Rooms to GO was 3 to 4 times the price. Therefore, I feel very happy with this purchase. I believe this bed will last a long time too.Assemble was not very difficult. I am not handy at all and it took me several hours ( I did it in two different days) The pictures can be a bit confusing for someone like me with no experience in this type of task. The tool provide is not ideal. I will definitely recommend have a good screwdriver with the right head.Overall I think this is a good product for the price.

great bed, great price
pros- great price, hard to beat for a bunk bed with trundle- looks great- lots of fun for kids- completely solid pine, no MDF garbage unlike ones you get at Ikea- the trundle slides out nicely and provides extra sleeping area; you can use it as storage instead if you likecons- assembly can be difficult unless you're handy, make sure you read instructions and use the right screws for each part they tell you; I messed up and had to redo some of the screws twice, was my own fault, they look similar, not fool proof; can easily take 4hrs to unpack and assemble esp if 1 person to do all work- some smell from the finish, can take 3d+ to clear- the 4 post rods for stacking the beds look cheap, it's just wood pegs, not metal rods which is standard at least in the old days it was; this is my main criticism of the bed; I would rather pay more for it to come with metal rods. I added metal brackets to add extra support to all ends of each rail on upper bed and where 4 posts join with lower headboard; this stabilize the bed esp since both my kids want to play at upper bed same time; you're not supposed to have more than 1 child on upper bed; also the brackets provide extra insurance should the rail end part break off from headboard. To be fair, the protective rails of the upper bed and plus the ladder provide further support- protective rails on upper bed that prevent a child from falling should be raised higher, I plan to add extra wood piece to make it higheroverall, great bunk bed, great value, hard to beat. I don't mind paying more if it came with metal rods, and plus prefer thicker rails and thicker posts for the headboards. I added corner foam pieces to prevent head bumps. For the mattress, I use 5 inch thick foam beds.whatever bed you choose, make sure you want it before ordering, because once you unpack, trying to return can be a nightmare since it's so heavy and so many parts. Also check all screws once a month, since they could get loose if kids shake it.

Damages, unfinished and broken
Ordered this bed because we just got married and needed extra space. Started trying to assemble it and the first thing we noticed was there was two pieces that were cracked and broken. We got the wood glue out and was able to semi-save those pieces. Once we start trying to assemble it though one of the posts that has the holes drilled out in order to fit the nut and the bolts together was not drilled out all the way so we couldn’t get the crescent moon shaped nut into the hole. We still to this day have not been able to get it put together because of it being unfinished in the making of it. We’re looking into hopefully trying to buy some kind of wood chipper in order to chip it out ourselves to help to be able to fit there the crescent moon nut in it . When try to initiate a return they asked the entire bed be re-packaged and returned not just the pieces which kind of is a pain we already threw the boxes out and already have it halfway assembled…

Sturdy
Overall I love this bed. It works great in my girls room. The only thing I'm not too excited about are the boards that hold the mattress. They are full of knots and that makes them weak. We had one board break on the very first day. There were a couple boards that were cut a bit too short and we had to fenaggle them in there. We plan on putting some wood sheeting over them to help support them. The bed was easily assembled, the instructions were clear and it's fairly sturdy. I would get this again even with the not so great support boards. The one star is taken away for the boards. Otherwise everything else is awesome.

Great Bunk Beds
Super cute - purchased for our 6 and 7 year old kiddos and they love their new beds. Took about 1hr for husband to put together after waiting a couple days for the last box to come. Because it has the pull out twin on bottom you get 4 boxes not 3. Other than the wait for delivery of the last box it was easy to assemble. It's pretty sturdy to my surprise. Bottom trunk can be turned into a nice big storage with only having to add a piece of think wood to hold all belonging. Kids have only slept on it for a week but it's a keeper!

Surprisingly good bunk beds
These beds certainly met our expectations- I would put the quality well above IKEA even. The bed is very solid and the paint job was good (it arrived with one ding from shipping, but not bad). The trundle bed was not quite so good with a few more scratches, but it was all easy to construct and it looks great.. and safe!

Love the bunk beds
Arrived earlier than expected. Bunk beds were a little hassle to put together because the parts didn’t come labeled you just had to go off the pictures in the instructions and assumed you got the right ones. Other than that they are very good material, my kids love them. Bottom bed pulls in/out very easily. I would definitely recommend and if needed in the future I would purchase again as well!
