I ordered a system that required two long shelf’s (Top & Bottom) for the back wall - and the same for the two shorter ends of the closet. After checking the packing list for each box, all parts appeared to be accounted for. The install was very easy - and the company’s installation video made things even easier.However, as I approached the end of my installation, it became apparent that I came up several pieces short. I contacted Dave 1-2 days before Christmas about the problem. I got a response from my initial contact within 10 minutes and after confirming what I needed, he sent the package out in less than 24 hours - despite the holiday. I received the package about 4 days later.The response I got was not only quick, but there were no questions asked, and no charge for what was missing.In this day and age, there are not many companies that care about their customers like Dave, and the good folks at EZ Shelf. These shelves are sturdy and easy to assemble. You should read the directions carefully and lay out all the pieces, to get the hang of it. But, once you do that, it all goes up easily. I really like how you can hang clothes (on the outer bar) to dry. Love that they included a magnetic level to help with install. A little high priced, but worth it in the end.

Wry well designed. Thoughtful construction. Easy to assemble. Solid. Variety of options- attach to 2 walls or 1 wall or free floating which I choose. Worth the price.

Installation pretty straight forward. Nice instruction with templates. I just wish they had included the top shelf pieces.

First off, the product works great, looks great and was easy to install.What really impressed me was my order was missing some pieces. I called and within a minute was in the phone with the owner. He quickly identified what was wrong and had a replacement sent out the following day. He checked to make sure all was good and that I had everything I needed.You can really tell a company by how it handles problems and this is a company I will do business with again!

The rods have a large end and small end. The large end is difficult to get into the hole. We used WD40 and it still was difficult, but we finally got them into the holes. There is not a solid shelf cover for the top. Items must sit on the 5 round rods. That was disappointing. But, now that it's install and we were able to screw into wall 2x4s, we anticipate it will be sturdy for the items we will hang on it.

I am by no means handy at all and was hesitant to purchase based on the price, but when it said easy I figured I’d give it a try and I’m so happy I did. The closet rack and shelves went up super quick, and customer service went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that it was correct. Everything feels super sturdy and strong definitely get your moneys worth. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely seek out this company first when replacing any more shelves or closets racks in my house.
