This is beautiful white duck fat with NO added anything. There are other duck fat products here on Amazon that include Prime shipping, but don't be fooled -- they contain additives and they're not as good a product. Once open, keep this refrigerated, but it will last a lot longer than I will keep it around. There's nothing better for making my breakfast hash browns, and you haven't tasted potatoes until you roast up some Yukon Golds with this! This duck fat comes from Quebec, and if anyone knows ducks and duck fat, it's the Quebecois! Let's hear it for NAFTA.

I did not have time to visit the butcher for my usual preferred choice (goose fat), but ordered this online instead.Delivery was prompt, the product was in perfect condition and tastes exactly as it should. My only issue is that the price is not competitive - my butcher, in the heart of Chicago, is considerably cheaper, but besides that it delivers right to expectations.

Great clean fresh product. Treat yourself and fry some potatoes in duck fat OR oven roast duck fat coated potatoes. Ridiculously tasty.

Wow what an excellent addition to my cupboard. I made some fried pan potatoes and scrambled eggs using this fat and mmmm so yummy. The fat has a neutral flavor. I love that since my added herbs and spices are cooked to perfection Yes its duck fat but its better than frankenstein fats that are made in laboratory. I made the scrambled eggs with a little duck fat and real butter oooh so silky and smooth. Yes this duck fat is high in fat content but thats why it is used sparingly.

I purchased this pack of two jars, and used one the week it arrived, with delicious results. The other jar I placed in my cool dry pantry to save for later use. Today I found the jar greasy in a puddle of fat with the lid loose. I never opened it, but I had to throw it out for fear it is spoiled. I can only assume that this is a flaw in processing.

Nice product with a great taste. First time using duck fat so i can't compare it to other brands but I liked this one.
