This product is extremely misleading for size. I measured and ordered exactly according to the size indication. These underwear are SO small that my son couldn't even get them pulled up over his thighs. Then we got on to return them and Amazon says they are not eligible for return. Don't waste your money! Since we bought 2 pair, 1 for each son, we are out almost $60 for NOTHING! So disappointing. Do not buy these... unless you find a different company to order from that allows returns. This was a terrible waste of money. If there was a "0" star, I would give that.

These do what they're meant to do. I should've bought a size bigger but they'll work for now

These leak!!! And are too small I have 10 years olds and according to the description the x small should have fit But they are too small and they leaked on The first night along with a pull up I want a refund!!

The instructions said for moderate to heavy incontinence. It did not work for heavy incontinence

Keeps my daughter dry, nicely made. They don't make noise.

My cousin is "challenged" so occasionally I help out with taking care of him. I noticed that occasionally he would leak through his overnight diaper and end up in a wet bed. They don't even leak a drop. A couple of times I've found a significant amount of liquid pooled between the diaper and the pant and the pant held it all in. These are designed to hold the diaper close to the body and are sized so they are somewhat tight over the diaper. Because of the fact that they are somewhat tight I don't think they would work well for cloth diapers. the size chart is fairly accurate and you should feel safe ordering whatever the chart tells you to. As an added bonus these are super easy to clean. Basically, buy these if you or someone you know wears disposable diapers.
