I had zero experience in long distance running and needed to find a program that could help me run 4 miles in 36 minutes or less. My previous time was 47 minutes, but with only 4 weeks into the program, I have shaved off 5 minutes!!!!

I really really liked this book
This book really helped me work up to a 10 k race. I actually original found it on [...] review page from Facebook. They gave it a really good review and thought I could use to get my racing started! Thanks Brett!

good but demanding
i loved it...well its a hate love relationship. its a great book and the way it gradually steps up the intensity and duration is really effective and makes it completely doable! the other books in this series are also good.

This was very helpful. I am going to keep this in my save file. The story was aso well written. I truly enjoyed this book.

A very good complete training book
It is a very complete training book, very easy to read, full of details and exercises. It is more for beginners but you can learn a few things even if you are experienced.
