This seemed pretty pricey but based on reviews we hoped it would be worth it. After months in a cast my ankle was still constantly swollen; I couldn't ice it or keep it up enough to make much of a difference, and the PT said the swelling was interfering with the healing process. Wearing this wrap during the day has significantly cut down on swelling. It also makes me feel just a bit more stable which makes it easier to get around. I have to be careful that the part that wraps around stays off those sticky-out ankle bones or they start to ache a lot by the end of the day. Since I have to wear it all the time even with professional clothing at work I wish it didn't have sporty color accents, but oh well.

Nach einer Sprunggelenkverletzung beim Fußball (umgeknickt nach Außen) habe ich mir diese Bandage bestellt, damit ich mich traue Sport zu machen, weil nach 2 Monaten das Gelenk noch nicht schmerzfrei war. Habe die Bandage bisher zum Volleyball genutzt und ich konnte ohne Schmerzen spielen, was mich sehr überrascht hat, weil ich tagsüber im Laufe des Tages immer zwischendurch Schmerzen verspüre.

This brace has helped run a lot better. It even helps my arches and knees!
