Good Quality product. Burn time ok, good material, ingredients OK, fragrance ok.

Have been ordering this item repeatedly but this time the size of battis has reduced. Also rate has increased! They are obviously not pure ghee battis!

I have been using this product since 2021. The “Om Shanti Pure Cow Ghee Wicks” from Cycle Brand were excellent and I was fully satisfied with the product so far. However, when I made purchased these last time, I found the size of ghee wicks has been reduced by about half. These wicks have become useless as these just melt down immediately after lighting reducing burn time significantly. The company could have retained the size and increased the price. But they decided to reduce the size and spoil the product quality. Based on the residue left after burnout, the wax quantity also seems to have been increased. Shall not use these anymore unless there’s an improvement in the quality and size of the wicks. Have also called the company customer helpline directly for feedback on 7 March 2026.

Good product

I’ve been ordering these diva’s for a long time but now they are changed and are absolutely rubbish. They are half the original size and burn out within 3-4 minutes, creating a big smoky flame, which is very dangerous in my temple and if there a small children around. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again. They didn’t even come in the advertised container so I don’t even know if they are made from pure cow ghee, especially for my prayers. And there were only 2 containers and definitely not 300 divas inside.
