1/2 Scoop is Enough for Me!
As a quasi vegetarian (I've converted to a more plant based diet but still eat meat), I wanted to find a way to get more plant based protein in my diet. This is my first venture into protein powders. Pea protein was recommended since I don't do whey or soy and I was looking for an alternative. This is a nonGMO product and the sugars are acceptable. The first time I used it, I used a full scoop in a smoothie. It was nasty! The smoothie was way too thick and not enjoyable and ended up in the garbage disposal. My next attempt was a full scoop in my blender bottle. The taste was ok but not as vanilla beany as I thought. Again, still way too thick for my taste. After the first two attempts, I cut back to a 1/2 a scoop which is perfect for me, added some vanilla extract and cinnamon. That's pretty much the way I like it now, with an extra splash of vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg or cloves. I've not worked up the nerve to try it again in a smoothie but if I decide to do that I think I will only use 1/4 scoop. The protein powder is actually much finer than I expected (I thought the texture would be a bit thicker, I was expecting it would look more like cornstarch). It serves my need and it mixes very well in my blender bottle. I also bought the Chocolate Raspberry flavor and will try that one next. I hope it's good and chocolatey.

Tasty, great source of vegan protein, reputable company.
Tastes good. Slight stevia taste on occasion but itโs bearable/mild for someone like myself who doesnโt like stevia. Good company to support and itโs a good source of vegan protein. I blend 1 (serving size) to 2 scoops (for extra protein) with a banana, almond milk and natural peanut butter in a ninja and drink it daily. Mixes well and tastes delicious. This is my favorite vegan protein powder of all of the ones Iโve tried.

reasonable price, smooth consistency, & great results !
oh my goodness, where do I even start with this amazing protein powder ?? I restarted my fitness journey in late September and by October, I felt ready to start drinking protein powder to aid me in my goal of building muscle as I lost weight. Im not vegan but I knew I wanted to try a vegan protein powder because I wanted something that would be more gentle on my stomach than a protein powder packed full of artificial flavors & chemicals. I did a lot of research and I came across this incredible brand ! seeing the reasonable price & reading the nutrition label on amazon felt like this product was going to be too good to be true but when I ordered and tasted the product, my expectations were exceeded ! I first ordered the cookies n cream flavor which I didn't like too much because it tasted more like a chocolate or hot cocoa flavor, which I didn't care for. I was still impressed with the smoothness of the protein powder and with how gentle it was on my stomach. next, I ordered the vanilla flavor & I haven't looked back since ! since I started drinking this protein powder, I have lost over 20 lbs in almost 4 months ! I feel very strong, I have incredible energy and am now up to 6 workouts a week ! when I first started, I could barely walk on the treadmill for half an hour ! now I am squatting heavier than I have ever been able to and I am seeing muscle definition like I have NEVER seen before on my body ! when combined with a healthy diet & exercise, this protein powder works wonders ! give it a try !

Best vegan protein I've had!
As far as vegan proteins go, PlantFusion is the best one I have come across to date. In the past, I have tried vegan and non-vegan proteins such as Vega One in Chocolate Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shake, Chocolate, 16 Ounce , Java Pro Nature's Best JavaPro Whey Protein Complex, Espresso, 1.5 Pound and my personal absolute FAVORITE non-vegan protein Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Double Rich Chocolate, 5 Pound, 80 Ounce . In my experience, it is nearly as hard to find a non-vegan protein that doesn't have a ton of crap in it as there is to find a good vegan protein that doesn't taste like chalk. Enter Plant Fusion! I currently have the Vanilla Bean flavor, and based on my love of this one, I will likely try more flavors one I run out of this one. The first time I tried it, I did find it a bit chalky BUT it is much LESS chalky than others. I also found that the more I drank it, the more I enjoyed it and got used to the flavor. I also love that it is a vegan protein that isn't loaded with sucralose or other sweetener to try and hide the vegan taste. I do detect a BIT of that overly-sweet non sugar sweetener in this protein, but it is so dramatically better than others I am willing to work with it. For reference, I mix this with water and it tastes good. I have experimented mixing it with mostly water and a small amount of coconut milk which is good and makes it a bit creamier. I have also tried blending it with water and mixed fruit (like pineapples and strawberries) for more of a smoothie feel. Personally, the sweetness of the fruit and the sweetness of the protein powder was a little much for me. I am going to keep trying with other fruit though. The best way I have made it so far is to stick a cup of coffee in the fridge for about 30 mins, then shake it up with the PlantFusion and blend with ice. YUM! The protein powder adds just a nice hint of sweet to my coffee and I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. In short, if you're looking for a vegan protein that doesn't taste awful, isn't full of fake sweetener, and has a good calorie to protein ratio, this is for you!

LOVE IT
I've been using this protein powder for over 10 years. What I love is the taste as well as the bonus of being non-GMO, and doesn't have any of the usual allergens that I react to.

Gritty and Disgustingly Super Sweet
I've recently discovered that I'm lactose intolerant, so I'm working on finding new products in place of my dairy-filled favorites. I previously used a whey protein that had a very mild flavor, so it mixed well with just about anything I wanted to put it in. I've always bought Vanilla and put it in smoothies, juices, home made protein bars, and could add it to just about anything if I needed a protein boost for the day. I bought the Vanilla Bean flavor of this product, assuming I'd have the same result. I was very, very wrong. It is so sweet, it tastes like it's full of artificial sweeteners, complete with the aspartame aftertaste. Aside from the flavor, it doesn't dissolve. Other reviews state that it "mixes well." Well sure, I guess it did mix in my smoothie ok (I would hope so, I use a blender). But it was very gritty so my mouth was left with not only a nasty aftertaste but also the feeling like I had fine grain sand in my mouth. Unfortunately, plant-based proteins are much more expensive than whey protein. I read very many reviews before buying, and since this one had great reviews along with only a moderately high price ("only" double what I was paying for my previous brand, compared to others at twice the price or more), I decided it was worth a try. Now I have 2 lbs of protein I don't know what to do with. I'm going to keep trying to mix up what I put in my smoothies, and see if other fruits will cover the taste and texture better. I'm afraid to make my protein bars because I don't want to waste an entire batch for a sickeningly sweet result. I could only choke down half of my concoction last night, so tonight I'm going to experiment with the rest of it. If I somehow find some magical combination that hides both the taste and the texture, I'll update with some suggestions. Until then, assume I'm still struggling to find a creative use for this disappointment of a product.

Get's the Job Done, but Taste is Tough
I decided to go with a plant-based protein as a healthy alternative to the more processed proteins I had used in the past. Personally, I think the results are mixed, mostly due to the taste. Pros: 1. Fine powder mixes very easily with any liquid in a shake bottle. Texture is smooth. 2. Noticed significantly less soreness the next day after tough workouts - I do think the natural anti-inflammatory nature of the fruit and vegetable protein sources genuinely helped. 3. Good amount of protein (21g) and Glutamin (3.6g) in each scoop, so you don't need a ton of powder in your shake. Cons: 1. The taste. Woof. The first couple of days I was gagging while trying to choke this stuff down mixed with water. I got used to it a bit, but still have to mask the taste quite a bit. 2. A bit high in sodium (390mg/scoop), so if that is a concern, you may want to try another brand. 3. The taste. Did I mention that already? I may just not be used to plant-based powders, but I would not buy this again. However, if I was a vegetarian, that could change the equation quite a bit. Ultimately, I think it is a quality product that I wouldn't purchase again based on the taste.

Great Protein Mix
This is my โgo toโ for protein shake mix. Not gritty - not too sweet- just right for a protein smoothie in the AM.

Incredible Plant Protein Powder!
If I could give this plant protein powder 10/10 I would. Undoubtedly One of the best protein powders I have had the pleasure to use. Superb flavour, very easy to mix, and just magic for smoothies, and found to be one of the lowest for heavy metals, with negligible amounts. Certified suitable for vegans/vegetarians,if you haven't yet tried this,I can highly recommend. This is now my permanent go-to plant protein powder.

My favourite
It's so fine which makes it so easy to blend and it becomes so creamy not watery with almond milk and I can't taste the stevia overwhelmingly like 99.9% of other plant protein. Best I've ever com across. Also my skin looks amazing ever since I started taking this and I think it might be from the amino acids.

It's good!
I haven't been using it long enough to notice a difference healthwise, but the taste is fine. Good value for the price.
