Incomprehensible device

The device might well be a high quality item; it seems well made and designed. However, there is really no way to know much beyond the impression it gives unless one is an electronics expert, because the instructions are written in total gibberish. I made arrangements to send mine back within minutes of unpacking it, realizing at once there was no way I'd ever be able to use it.
