I've used this in vegan soup, stews, and even seitan deli meats. Its got great flavor and good prices. Other brands can be very expensive, and I use a lot so this nice large bag lasts me a while!

I absolutely love this stuff, and it's almost a secret ingredient for me - I get rave reviews of my soups and stews, and they're all based on Frontier Co-op broth powders. It's high quality and a great value for the money - easy to store and keep fresh, too. I even use a small amount in soups that don't call for broth just to give a pop of flavor. And I love that it's a vegetarian option!

This is the best vegan broth out there! Love that it is so easy to mix up and tastes great. Love that it comes in a 1lb package, which is perfect for winter when we make so much soup!

No. This might be okay as a vegetable bouillon, but no way does it work as a vegan sub for 'chicken' bouillon. It's VERY, very sweet. As a comparison, the brand I love (which comes from Australia, and isn't available recently) is ZERO sugar. This one has 9 grams for 1.3 tablespoons. All you can really taste is sugar. I wanted to love this, but don't do it.

Overall happy with it. Taste was fine, just uses a lot of powder for 1 cup of broth, so the bag didn't last as long as I initially expected.Grateful for easy vegan options, very easy to add flavor to dishes & make a soup base for dinner

I like this broth powder for a number of reasons. Primarily because it has fantastic taste and the sodium level is lower than most broth powders. I like the fact it tastes like chicken broth but there is no chicken in it. All vegetarian. I love opening the package and just smelling the powder as it has such a great aroma. It is just so yummy.

This amazing bouillon base tastes just like the habit forming deliciousness of the chicken and a biscuit crackers. So if you were that kid who would lick the crackers just to get the flavor off, you may want to buy a bag of this. :-)
