I love this contour pillow! I am a side sleeper and have been struggling with hip pain while sleeping. The first night I used this pillow I had significantly less pain and got a good nights sleep. The pillow stays in place and the longer I am using it I noticed I am sleeping through the night without hip pain. I also wake up without the hip tenderness I had in the past. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone suffering with hip pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but still has a soft outer layer. I find it stays in place throughout the night. Very happy with this purchase.

The pillow is helping so much. I had injured my knee and this makes it possible to be comfortable at night and sleep well as it heals. It’s also helping my back; I have much less pain in the morning. Thank you.

I've been a side sleeper for years and have always relied on tucking a regular pillow between my legs for comfort. The Contour Legacy is a proper purpose-built upgrade to that habit, and for the most part, it delivers. It feels great in use — the foam is supportive without being stiff, the material is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the removable washable cover is a thoughtful and practical inclusion. It stays in position well enough through the night... for the most part. I'll occasionally shift from my side to my back while sleeping, at which point the pillow naturally moves out of place. But that's hardly the product's fault — it's doing exactly what it's designed to do. Most importantly, it accomplishes the goal. It gets me to sleep more comfortably and with better support, which is all you can really ask for. My one caveat — and it's a minor one — is that I wish it were just a quarter inch thicker. Given that it's a molded foam shape, there's no way to customize the fill, so you get what you get. That said, I'd love to see a future iteration offer optional sizing or thickness variations for those of us who land just slightly outside the sweet spot. A small wish for an otherwise solid product — 4 stars!

This little pillow for between legs is the most comfortable I’ve ever had! It lifts in just the right place & stays put. It’s so much cooler than other pillows I’ve used because it’s not bulky & covers less surface. It’s very soft and has the perfect firmness - more firm than a typical pillow. The quality couldn’t be better. Since using it, I don’t wake with a backache. The cover zips off for washing. You’ve got to try one! You won’t be disappointed!

I started having hip pain on one side which forced my to toss and turn all night. I wasn’t sure if this pillow would help, but it had such good reviews, so I tried it. I couldn’t believe it worked the very first night! I haven’t had hip pain since. I had to write a review because I’m so thankful for this pillow. I’m a 52 year old thin woman, and a warm sleeper, but this pillow hasn’t been hot. It’s been a godsend.

I had the original shape Contour brand knee pillow that I used for probably two decades. The memory foam was great quality. It's cover came on and off for washing but was more difficult to get on an off than this new pillow design. I have used this new one for nearly a week. It is very ccomfortable. Love the new shape and the cover comes off and on so much easier. Will be buying extra covers so cover can be washed everytime we change the sheets. So far very happy with the purchase. Time will tell if it lasts as long as the other, whose foam is finally starting to deteriorate. Thanks, Contour, for making a great product.

I'm a side sleeper and I have used a regular pillow to support my knees for years but would still wake up with achy hips, legs, and lower back. With this pillow, I wake up feeling amazing. This offers the perfect amount of support while being compact and not too thick. I will say that it did take me one night to get used to it and learn the best way to position it for comfort. In fact, it was so uncomfortable the first night I considered returning it but I'm so glad I gave it a second chance. I recommend testing multiple positions for the pillow before you go to sleep and see what truly feels good for you.

Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.
