This pillow has been a true game-changer for me. I’ve had back issues for 42 years, and this contour pillow has helped relieve my back pain tremendously. Like many others, I tried different pillows I had in the house, but they wouldn't stay in place through the night and didn’t help at all. This contour pillow is made to do the job right, and boy, does it! I no longer wake up with awful back stiffness and pain, and I was able to stop using a back brace. I have been using this pillow for 6 months, and it still stays in place all night and holds up well. It has helped me so much that I take it wherever we travel, too. I took a chance on this pillow, hoping it would help my back even a little, but I got much more than I expected.

I’ve been using pillows between my knees for a few years now, but was never satisfied with them. Some were too big, others too small, some too full or thin, and they were never easy to move when I turned from side to side. This small molded pillow solved all those problems. It took a couple nights to get used to it, but now it’s a breeze to place between my legs just above my knees, and it stays in place when I transition from one side to the other. It doesn’t take up a lot of space when not in use, and is easy to place for maximum comfort. The memory foam is very sturdy, and it’s well worth the price. It’s also small enough that it could be easily packed when traveling. I definitely recommend this speciality pillow.

Nice product. Seemed to mostly correct my back problem in the morning. Only problem was the pillow was lost over time as I slept and moved in the bed. But I would definitely purchase again

I'm a side sleeper and I have used a regular pillow to support my knees for years but would still wake up with achy hips, legs, and lower back. With this pillow, I wake up feeling amazing. This offers the perfect amount of support while being compact and not too thick. I will say that it did take me one night to get used to it and learn the best way to position it for comfort. In fact, it was so uncomfortable the first night I considered returning it but I'm so glad I gave it a second chance. I recommend testing multiple positions for the pillow before you go to sleep and see what truly feels good for you.

This pillow is essential for me to comfortably sleep on my side. I started sleeping on my side when I started using a CPAP, and before that I used to sleep on my stomach. Having one leg on top of each other sleeping on my side, felt uncomfortable, and then when I put one leg off to the side, so they’re not stacked, my sleep, posture suffered. So I got this pillow two years ago, and it made it tremendously more comfortable for me to sleep on my side. My legs are stacked yet. I have no pressure points because this pillow dissolves them. It helps me keep my body and perfect alignment. I highly recommend this pillow for anybody who sleeps on their side. If I ever stop using my CPAP, I am now so accustomed to sleeping on my side that that would be my regular sleep position going forward, and I could not contemplate doing so without this knee pillow.

This pillow is small, soft and sturdy, not bulky. Backache is relatively diminished while using. It keeps knees and hips stable even when turning side-to side.

I bought this pillow hoping it would help with my chronic lower back pain. I normally sleep with a pillow under my knees when I'm on my back, so this seemed like it might be the perfect solution. After using it for a week, I found that it just wasn't a good fit for me. The concept is great, but I'm not exclusively a side sleeper. I sleep on both sides as well as on my back. If you're strictly a side sleeper, I think this pillow could work well. However, if you tend to roll from one side to the other during the night, I would recommend getting the version with the strap to help keep it in place. The pillow was also smaller than I expected. If I positioned it high enough, my knees would still touch. If I moved it lower, it wouldn't stay where I needed it. I can definitely see how it could help some people, but it just didn't work for my body type or sleeping habits. I also had my wife try it. Even though she's primarily a side sleeper, she likes to sleep with one leg crossed over the other. The pillow prevented her from doing that, so it wasn't comfortable for her either. Overall, I think this is a well-made, well-intentioned product that could be helpful for dedicated side sleepers, but it wasn't the right choice for either of us.
