This very good tea. It’s very similar to TAZO and I love TAZO. I recommend this tea hot or cold. The Aroma is fantastic and it’s good for blood circulation.

Delicious when hot

So, I thought I’d give this a try this to get on the band wagon of good health. I was hoping it would assist with high blood pressure, weight loss and inflammation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past the taste to get there. I tried different things to mask the bitterness but gave up. If you can tolerate the taste, hibiscus tea really is a great health supplement. I can’t say if it’s brand specific or just hibiscus flavor in general. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me.

Very different taste quite a tang to this tea. I’ll try and reduce the time the bag soaks I think and go from there, but it certainly is cleansing
