Exactly what I needed to replace the junction box I destroyed. For those who got the wrong item, I recommend checking the seller before purchasing. If the seller has poor reviews, chose an alternative seller.

I needed this box to replace an identical one screwed to a fan brace. One die cast fan mount on the old one broke while replacing the fan. These aren't available at big box stores so I was happy to find one with Prime shipping. Hope the mounts on this one will last longer - it's not a great design.

Retrofitting/replacing an older fixture can be a hassle, particularly since mount boxes for light fixtures installed some time ago were not made with some of the heavier ceiling fans on the market today. This mount box is solidly made with heavy duty capacity. The rotating supports are a nice touch (accepting either 10-32 or 8-32 mounting screws) should you be opting for a new heavy fixture. Installation is a snap as well. Well made product superior to what you will find in many of the mega-stores for home supplies.
