Robust, flexible and secure
Bought this as a replacement for my previous one. The last one cracked slightly after 5 years of sitting in the sun and daily use. It is easy to fit, comes with a couple of attachment options and lots of different metal pieces that can either stick to your phone or slide inside your phone case. The magnet is strong enough to attach my brick of a smartphone securely, even with the window open! It's compact and offers lots of adjustment to help it suit your vehicle and your phone. All round excellent

Magnetic phone holder
Best phone holder I've owned, and I've had a few. Strong suction on windscreen, strong magnet, and extra pad for dash mount, sticky metal plate for phone, cleaning wipes and cloth included. worth every penny, will recommend to friends and family. It doesnt extend out very far, so handy it has the dash mount with sticky pad, but maybe some wont want the sticky pad on the dash.

This phone holder is the best I have had.
The reviews on this product are very helpful. I agree with them that it works perfectly. Don’t stick the sucker directly onto glass but use the sticker provided as the suction is extremely strong. I put the oblong metal plate across the base of my Quad Lock iPhone case and this is ideal as I can use the Quad Lock on my motorbike and the magnet on this holder. I used Super Glue to fix the plate as the glue is a little weak. There is an option of a circular plate which takes less space. The other advantages are that the pull out action is stiff as is the rotating arm which makes for a very secure fitting with no wobble. To remove the phone gently pull it forward and down rather than pulling as the magnet is very powerful. Highly recommended.

Strong and does what it says.
Product arrived in a nice box, rather than a plain white one. Component parts were well packaged and included small instruction manual. Material and quality on first feel we good and magnets were strong. Decided to try and fit to my dash, did not as yet want to use the sticky pad, so tried with just the suction cup. This held it okay, but you need to ensure the surface is clean. Then tried using suction cup on screen, which held. But at some point after my journey the unit fall off. This was where I found the instruction little confusing, and still not worked it out. There is a static film suppled, which I think is for the screen (not the sticky dash pad!!) I think or maybe it does. Again be good for clearer instructions. You may also need to add the metal plate inside your case, this can be either placed or stuck depending on the fit of your case. But take care if you also wireless change make sure the plate it at the top or very bottom so as to not interfere with charging. Using a magnetic mount I much prefer over one that clamps your phone, lot less hassle when you need to take it off or put it on. For me the magnet connection has been okay, has not dropped the phone as yet. Overall happy with the unit and only dropped one star due to documentation about what to use for windscreen connection.

Best I’ve had so far
I’ve seen reviews for a few different models so for clarity this is regarding the model with the telescopic arm. I have had 4 or 5 magnetic mounts over the years and this is probably the best one so far. I bought two of these, one to stay permanently in my car and one to carry with me at work to attach to lorry windscreen if needed. So far both are holding up well, the one in the car for the repeated heat/cool cycles of day and night and my work one for being chucked in a rucksack and knocked around with no thought for it’s well-being. The windscreen mount suction pad is extremely strong and I have not had it come loose once, despite some extremely bumpy conditions. Likewise the magnet holds my iPhone 13 secure with no sign of it trying to make an exit out of the open window. I will say however that I am not using the included magnet for the phone itself, rather one that I already have stuck on from a previous magnetic holder. This model seems to hold the phone very stable too, so checking google maps while bouncing your way down our fantastically made roads is easy - the last one I had picked up in a petrol station wobbled so much the screen was almost blurry! I kept the little plastic film that was covering the suction cup and reapply it whenever I remove my work one and stow it in my bag. So far it’s still sticking as strong as the first time after about 5 applications. I’ve seen a review saying the product is “rubbish” and you can’t remove your phone without pulling out the telescopic arm because the magnet is so strong, however this is easily overcome by not being a dumb-dumb and simply giving your phone a slight rock to one side or the other to break the magnets hold. It had become so natural to do this over the years I didn’t realise I actually did it till I saw that review!

Great product
Stop your search for dash mounts, as this is the best option! It was easy to install, and highly adjustable for any position so you could keep your phone at a comfortable distant and viewing angle. I've been using this mount for almost 5 months now and the adhesive is still strong, it has not once fallen over or come off in my time of using this and I use it daily. The magnets are also really strong and can support a heavy phone, I use it for my Iphone 12 Pro Max which isn't a light phone and it has not once fallen off the magnet, nor has the phone slowly tilted down from the weight while driving, (which i found was the case with other mounts ive used.) I also find it easier and convenient just to snap the phone onto the magnet holder and not need to worry about it coming off, and just pulling the phone off easily, rather than pressing a button to release like other conventional holders. the product comes with a base plate to install the mount onto if you so wish to use it, (i've not) and comes with plenty of magnets which can be shared among family and friends if the vehicle is shared. I highly recommend this product!

A huge improvement over the type that grabs your phone
I have never had a phone mount before and I am impressed with this one. I first ordered a different type. This had the traditional sort of arms that grab your phone. As we have just got a new car I didn't want to stick anything to the dashboard so found a model that used the slats on the aircon vents. It had a hook which went round the back of the slat and you tightened it down using that. All the models claimed their hook was made of metal unlike the plastic used by everyone else. I could see this meant it would be stronger but did not think at the time there is a bit of a mismatch of materials - a strong metal hook onto a plastic moveable slat. When it arrived and I tried to mount it I realised immediately that over time there would be scratching where the front of the mount touched the slat. Then I saw a question when someone asked what happens when you put the heating on in the winter and someone replied "your phone gets very hot" That was enough for me and back it went.! I then decided the only bomb proof way of mounting your phone without leaving any marks is suction onto glass. Whilst looking for this type I came across this idea of magnetic mounting. Looking back I am so pleased I did not like the metal hook as this new (to me) system of holding the phone is a massive improvement over the old clam shell type grips. Not only is it so quick & easy to attach your phone but the actual footprint of the device is no larger than your phone which is good especially if you are mounting it onto the windscreen. I also have an aversion to sticking stuff to things so I was pleased to find that all I needed to do was to put one of the enclosed metal plates between my phone and the cheapo plastic bumper case. It does tend to move around a bit but seems to work fine. If there are issues I might just use a little bit of the sticky pad to stop it moving. So, IMO this is a real example of that much overused phrase The 'next generation' phone mount. PS they have probably been around for years !!

Strong, Adjustable, and Reliable Magnetic Phone Mount
This APPS2Car magnetic phone mount is a practical and dependable choice for hands-free phone use in the car. The suction cup is incredibly strong, with excellent stickiness that keeps it firmly attached to my dashboard or windshield, even on bumpy roads. It feels very sturdy and doesn’t wobble, giving me confidence that my phone is secure at all times. The suction cup also works on other surfaces like desks and countertops, making it versatile. The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. The mount sticks well to smooth surfaces, but for textured dashboards, the included VHB pad ensures a solid hold. Adjusting the fit is simple, and the mount stays put once it’s positioned. The 6 magnets hold my phone firmly, even with a bulky case, and the adjustable telescopic arm with 360° rotation makes it easy to find the perfect viewing angle. The extendable arm and one-hand operation add to the overall convenience. It’s worth noting that it’s not MagSafe compatible and doesn’t have charging capabilities, but that wasn’t an issue for me. If you’re looking for a sturdy, sticky, and easy-to-install phone mount, this one checks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

Very sturdy. Great magnet. Would buy again.
I love this thing. Its sturdy, retractable. You can swivel it to face whatever direction you want. Powerful magnet. I had one similar but the swivel aspect of it got weak and would always just flop down, causing my phone to face downward towards the floor. Installing was easy and simple. Put it exactly where my other one was, once I removed my over one and wiped it down.
