I received my three piece cutting board set several days ago. I have had the opportunity to use two of the three boards on several occasions. I found that although all three boards will work fine for me, I admit that I am constantly going with the largest of the three boards for most of my needs. I live alone and do most of my prep work for myself. For this review, I have used them mostly for repairing salads and cutting up cheese. So, I use it primarily for cutting up carrots, misc peppers, onions, celery, lettuce and other small veggies. I don’t mine their smaller size versus the large cutting board that I had used prior to receiving these and, as a matter of fact, I actually find it easier to clean as it fits better in my dishwasher and does not obstruct the circulating Jets inside as my larger one does. It also stores nicely in a little cubby that I have as a storage place for them. If you were using this to cut up a large bird, you will probably run into trouble but for my application it works perfectly. I still have my large wooden cutting board stored away and will retrieve it on those rare occasions when I am dealing with larger items but these three boards will be my main stay for most of my food prep. I have not noticed any discoloration and about the only thing that would probably cause staining would be the carrots But again, I have only had them for a short period of time. I will use them for a while and provide an update As to how they weather in the longer-term. So far, I’m happy. I gave them five stars because for me I do everything I would need them to do. Again, if you are you typically use your cutting board with larger items, this might be a little bit of a problem for you.

Pros:I like these cutting boards since they are small and I don't have to wash my giant one all the time and can use these for vegetables and such. They also look nice and there was no damage with the boards. They weren't super expensive and they were pretty much what I expected. East to wash by hand, food bits/juice doesn't stick to them super hard or anything.Cons:The smallest one is extremely small (it's dimensions are correct on Amazon, it just still surprised me how small it was). I usually use it to put discarded vegetable bits on when I am using the other boards to cut something. It could also be used to serve cheese/small appetizers at a party. Not necessarily a con, just be aware of the sizes when you buy it.Only real con is that one of the boards (middle size one I think?), when flat on the counter, must have some sort of small deviation in the board that makes it not lay completely flat, making it move slightly sometimes when in use. I am not sure if this is because of a manufacturer error or a shipping issue. Not terrible, but slightly inconvenient.I do not regret buying these boards.Update 2020: I bought and reviewed these cutting boards in 2016. After 4 years they have held up, though the middle and large one have some stains on the white cutting part from different vegetable juices over the years. I use these boards all the time and hand wash them. I still am a bit annoyed that the middle one doesn't lay completely flat, and the large one sometimes moves a bit when using. They could be vastly improved by adding some rubber bits to the bottom that gripped the counter and prevented movement. Overall, 4/5 stars, you get what you pay for.

My husband bought these. If I had been searching for cutting boards I might have selected something different. They are fine--they're cutting boards so not much to speak to. The material they're made of seems to be good quality and I do like the rubber coated handle and ends, as well as the little groove that lines the edges to catch drippings and juices. One side has a grey dot on the handle and the other does not which makes it easy to remember which side to use for meats and the other side for everything else. I do think the price is a bit high for what you get. These boards are actually quite small--even the largest one is not what I'd consider a regular sized cutting board. Again, I didn't select these and perhaps my husband didn't read through the description well enough. On the largest board, I'd say you could cut up a pound of meat at the most before having to move it to make room to cut more. You could not cut a full head of lettuce on the largest board without having to transfer frequently. This may not be a big deal for other people, but it is for me. I do prefer a larger cutting surface. The smallest board is small! I don't really know what you would use it for other than mincing a couple cloves of garlic perhaps. Seems like a waste of space in my opinion and I already had a small cutting board so really didn't need this size. I didn't want to deduct stars for the size aspect because the description clearly states the sizes so this is no fault in the product itself. I did deduct a star because I think the price is a bit high.
