NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
This item is not fit for purpose. It has to be tipped almost completely upside down to pour anything out of it and it is impossible to clean it. The lid has parts inaccessible for full cleaning and there is a rubber seal around the neck of the jug inside which milk gets under but very difficult to clean. Can't seeem to contact seller either on 'my orders'.

Tried two, both as bad
The mechanism on these jugs is useless. It does not pour properly. You have to tip the whole jug almost upside down to get it to pour. Lots of complains from the users. Sent the first one back thinking it was faulty. The second was exactly the same.
