Llego a tiempo, pero llego con piezas faltantes, la caja rota. Antes de ordenar, lean bien, pues solo te envían para un solo lado del vans. Demasiado costoso para tan poca cosa. No lo recomiendo. Lo devolví inmediatamente en que lo abrí y me di cuenta. La suerte es que la devolución fue inmediata, lo deje en el.portal de la casa y en menos de 24 horas, se lo llevaron de retorno. Ese servicio fue espectacular. Doy 1 estrella por que llegó y se retiro a tiempo

Scam product
If I could put less than 1 star I would, terrible quality, does not match any part of the description, the parts are either missing or don't work. I called for support, and Both the supplier and the distributor are just as useless

This is not what it says or shows.
Warning this is a not a complete ladder rack as it says and is shown on Amazon. I have purchase 2 of them and I'm trying to figure out what additional parts are required to make it work ! It seems it's only the drop down mechanism for a ladder rack.

Missing parts for the second time. $3000 for 2 ladder racks and don’t have one yet
This is the second time I purchased this and could not get anyone the first time so I have partial ladder rack that I ordered the first time that’s sitting in a box and I took a leap of faith and I ordered it again with the same items missing absolutely useless to me without these parts very frustrating as my work truck is tied up with someone trying to figure it out

Great ladder rack, but sell all the pieces
Great ladder racks for Ford transit. The one downfall, Amazon doesn’t sell the rails to mount them to a Ford transit...Found the rails at lowes.com
