Great for all men
Although I'm not a professional barber, Beardoholic trimming scissors surely make me feel like one. In the past, I used to trim not only my beard, I was also cutting my friends' facial hair for years. However, every time I did this, it seemed that all the scissors tend to pull or tug hairs. So I decided to give one more brand a go. What draw me to Beardoholic was their reasonable price and a lot of additional features on their scissors. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by their performance. Incredibly sharp blades cut hairs in an instant, before I even realize it. You know what this means - no more pulling or tugging. And I have just scratched the surface here. Because they've realized that these shears make me a pro, more and more friends ask me to trim their beards and thanks to the very comfortable grip these scissors provide, I don't mind working all they with them. Even after hours of using them, they don't squeeze or scratch my fingers because I just push the rubber rings inside and voila! You know about that annoying, open the blades sound? Well, with these shears there's zero sound. I just adjust the tension on the screw and work while resting my thumb on the finger rest. This is how professional barber scissors look and feel like!I still don't own them long enough to judge whether they'll rust over time, but the steel they're crafted seems pretty sturdy. If you think your hands and fingers are too big to fit small holes of the scissors, let me just tell you mine are pretty bulky and still fit in. Trust me, no matter the size of your fingers, these trimming shears are made for every manβs hand, I should know.

Sharp, but small
Very sharp. Trims the beard nicely. The only drawback so far is the size of the finger holes; TINY! If you're a person with large hands/fingers you'll have a bit of trouble using this.

They are indeed, sharp.
I like these scissors. They seem well made and are good looking if that's important to you. And they are sharp. There is a bit of a buzz over the finger and thumb holes being a bit snug. For me, I removed the o-ring out of the thumb hole and kept the o-ring where it was in the finger hole. This made the scissors comfortable for me. I have medium to medium -large hands. I would recommend these scissors and I would buy them again. However, I don't earn my living with these scissors.

Original review, with update
These scissors are okay, and I'm keeping them. But two problems. 1) The claim that they are adjustable is simply not true. The pin that connects the two halves of the scissors is absolutely fixed. It performs as a rivet would perform, with no possibility of adjustment. Lying to boost sales is not a very good policy in my book, even though it's been normalized in recent times. 2) As mentioned in other reviews, the openings for the thumb and finger are on the small side. My hands are of average size for a male, and while I can make the scissors work, they aren't that comfortable. If I'd decided to send them back - because of sales dishonesty and small size - I would have given them one star.UPDATE, exactly one year later - I just reread this review, and I now find it a bit harsh. After a year's use, while of course the scissors still aren't adjustable (π), so far they haven't needed any adjustment; and they cut well. And they've maintained their sharpness, which I just happened to notice coincidentally a few days ago.And while they're small, I've learned how to manipulate them with my 'average-sized' hand, so there's really no problem there. If you're a big guy - pass. Otherwise, I can't honestly complain about these scissors, and appreciate their lasting sharpness.

Good quality for the money!
These grooming shears are very nice quality for the money. They are very good for a overall trim of your beard. For more precise trimming I would recommend using a shorter pair such as an 4 inch or a 4.5 inch, by this I'm talking about cutting stray hairs in between trims and say edging a goatee style beard. Don't get me wrong you certainly can do more precise trimming with these shears however a shorter pair would be less awkward. Overall a good pair of grooming shears I would buy again.

Scissor handle holes too small
I bought these to trim my beard. The handle inner holes are too small for ease of use. This was a complaint I believe in other reviews. You would need more slender fingers and, well, I work outside in the dirt and my hands are large. Returned them.
