Worked like a charm.
Amazon delivered this product the day after I ordered it, and I used it within minutes of it arriving. I'd been using Otex Express ear drops for a few days prior, which no doubt softened the wax in my inner ear, but did nothing to shift or improve my hearing. As soon as I used this LugGuard syringe, with one syringe full of slightly warm water, my ear cleared immediately. I won't go into too much detail, but as others have described in their reviews, the results were very visible! My hearing was immediately back to normal, having spent a week with what felt like my finger stuck in my left ear.Very, very highly recommended.
