Will it work on all kinds of stoves, i.e. gas, electrical, ceramic, induction?

The information leaflet that comes with it states "Your popper will perform on any gas or electric kitchen stovetop or camping stove." It then goes on to give more detailed information about each type. It doesn't mention anything that I could see regarding ceramic or induction, so can't say either way about those. But it works great on our gas hob!

Unfortunately they do not work on induction hobs

What is the material of this pan? Is any of its parts made of aluminum at all?

Yes - the pan and lid are entirely aluminium - with steel pins / bars / spindle and wooden handle. If you are worried about the health effects of this beware that the 60's health scare on aluminium vessels has since been disproven as flawed research - much like the eggs link with bad cholesterol!
