Triple Omega 3-6-9 240 Softgels

good value and great product

perfect

I’ve been taking these Horbäach Triple Omega softgels for a few weeks, and I’m impressed with the quality. The combination of fish, flaxseed, and borage oils gives a balanced mix of omega 3-6-9, which makes it easier than buying separate supplements. The softgels are a bit on the larger side, but they’re smooth and easy to swallow. One thing I really appreciate is that there’s no strong fishy taste or burps afterward, which I’ve experienced with other omega supplements. The bottle comes with 240 softgels, so it’s a good value for the price and lasts a long time. The only minor downside is that the serving size is three softgels, so the bottle doesn’t last as long as it seems if you’re taking the full daily dose. But that’s pretty common with omega blends. Overall, this is a solid, non-GMO, gluten-free supplement that delivers what it promises. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to support heart, brain, and joint health without the unpleasant aftertaste.

They were good, but seem to stick together and stick to other pills quite a bit. Didn’t have an over nasty order easy to swallow.

No fish for or belching

Buen suplemento
