Nice external protector IF first-time installation is perfect
I bought this so I'd have a skin protector I could use while the screen of my Asus T100 was connected to the keyboard. This protector had holes for all of the ports, so docking would not have been a problem had I continued using the protector. It went on surprisingly smoothly and I was amazed I was able to get it lined up correctly the first time. The corners had some wrinkled areas that I couldn't seem to get out, but that didn't bother me.The problem came when I saw one of my hairs underneath the protector. It was noticeable and I didn't want it there, so I carefully pulled the protector back enough to get the hair out. When I tried to re-apply the skin protector I ended up with A LOT of wrinkles that I couldn't seem to get out. It was as if the adhesive side started sticking to itself. It was great up to this point, but the end result was so un-appealing that I ended up removing it and throwing it away. Yes it was MY fault the hair ended up there, but I had expected I'd be able to reposition the skin without it bunching up the way it did.I'd recommend the protector if you think you can get it on the first time. If you don't, hopefully your experience reapplying it will be better than mine.

Very nice skin.
Should be more like 4.5 star. It isn't perfect, but it is damn good. The brushed steel looks nice and elegant and not cheesy. A little lighter than the T100, but doesn't look out of place. A good match for the dock - maybe even better than the glossy back on the T100. Went on reasonably well, though a tiny bit of heat and stretching were needed to get the best fit. Not 100% straight down the edges when stretched for best coverage around ports, but still very nice. T100 fits nicely into the keyboard dock still. Wish there was a way for better coverage on the corners, but I understand the limits. All in all very pleased. I haven't installed the screen protector, as I don't typically like the feel of this kind of cover and usually go naked on the screen. Wish Skinomi would sell just the back piece by itself for a lower price.

It's Okay
While the skin looks cool, it tears easily after application and leaves a residue if it is pulled off. I followed all of the instructions including the blow dryer, but it took two people to get everything aligned, and even then the corners look really bad since they are not completely covered by the TechSkin. What I do like about this skin is that my tablet is protected from scratches and fingerprints. I also love the texture and feel of the brushed metal. After the corners and a few edges started to tear beyond possibility of repair, I removed the skin, which left a sticky residue behind that I have not been able to get off.

Good Stuff; Patience is Required for Application
I've had my Asus T100 covered for about 2 months now and I'm very impressed. The skin has not lifted nor bubbled in any spots whatsoever. I'd recommend that when you are ready to apply, allow yourself plenty of time especially if you want to get it right. I spent nearly an hour with my application, but I'm a perfectionist, admittedly. Definitely follow the directions, and definitely use a hair dryer and a credit card like they suggest. It's helpful to check out Skinomi's video on application, too. Be careful if you have to lift and reapply–especially in the corners–for the skin could easily rip if you pull too fast. This brings me to my only issue: Those darn corners, where the skin seemed to not line up well at all. I found I had to lift and reapply several times (VERY carefully) and it still would not line up. Despite this, the flaws are not readily visible and do not take away from the overall look. Before I applied the skin I thought the T100 looked rather cheap and was a finger print magnet. No one ever asked me about it. Now I get people constantly asking me what kind of tablet it is. In my opinion, the skin serves a dual purpose of both protection and enhancement; it definitely looks more high-end, and is simply more aesthetically pleasing than it was before. By all means is the skin NOT a case, so if you're looking for that type of protection you should skip this.I've posted images in the product gallery page to give an idea of just how well the skin is holding up. Granted it's only been a couple months and I consider my use of the T100 as minimal, but at least the adhesive quality of the skin is still very good.

Check out the instructions and you'll have no problems
Let me start off by saying that when it comes to precision, I'm rather obsessive-compulsive. Application was very easy - just view the video on the website and follow it and you should have no problems. The case cover did have some slight fit issues where the holes in the design didn't exactly line up with the T100. However, this is easily managed during installation if you can give one or two gentle pulls and stretches in the right direction as you're laying the cover down. For the corners, I recommend using a hair drying to hear them up a little bit as you're fitting them into place which will help avoid any pinches. For the screen protector, installation was also simple. Watch the video, make sure you use the solution they give you. and make sure you wipe the screen down first to get rid of dust and fingerprints. Use of a credit card wrapped in the cleaning cloth they give you works incredibly well to press out the air bubbles (go from the center out) and give it a good look. I had a few very small white marks, as Skinomi mentions you might have, but they disappeared after a few hours. One last thing, the burnished metal looks very nice and is very similar to the burnished metal look of the case.
