Great ab machine
I love this machine...if ur looking for one good one for core exercises this is it...pull-ups on one side and a bench for abs on the other and it’s not that hard...

Ab Arc sits too close to the frame.
As stated in the title, the Ab Arc scratches the frame and creates an unbearable sound. It sits too close to the frame.

Disappointed
I was really excited to get this. I’m 5’7 and when I do sit ups on the bench portion my upper body is hanging off. I wish the bench was longer and wider. The sliding portion on this is horrible and kills my back. Will be getting something different.

under great packaging, and exactly as described with no errors
Received on time within 2 days, under great packaging, and exactly as described with no errors! I am able to easily make this product fold flat for me and keep in my closet with not much difficulty which is AMAZING being that I live in a small apartment in the city and closet space is sacred.

Too small
Too tiny for a 5’10 200 pound male.

You really don't need this bench to do these exercises
I'm not particularly impressed with this core training bench. The only truly unique exercise it offers is the "ab arc," where you unlock the roller bars to slide to the bottom, put your knees on them, grab the handlebars, and use your abs to roll up and down the curved track. But if you have a little ab roller, you can already do that, albeit to a lesser extent. The digital tracker seems obsolete to me unless you can't count. You can do sit ups and crunches anywhere without any equipment, and the bench on this thing is not long enough to support a taller person's torso. My husband is 5'10" and his shoulders are unsupported when it's flat for crunches, and his lower back is unsupported when it's in the down position for leg raises. The handlebars need to be positioned higher as well for leg raises. Even for myself at 5'6", it's very uncomfortable. Plus you have to reposition the pins every time you want to do something different. And as far as using it as a weight bench, they're just talking about hand weights, and you don't need to buy a bench for those either. After going through the manual and trying out the limited exercises, my first thought was "That's it? That's all it does?" To me, exercise equipment is supposed to make exercising easier and more enjoyable, and I think this fails on both levels. Honestly, it will probably just sit around collecting dust in my house.

Great for abs and free weights
This may not be the most versatile machine, making this less of a must for your home gym, but I like it anyway! Some reviewers noted problems for taller people, but since my house is full of short people, myself included, none of us had issues.Setup is pretty quick and easy, as is use and adjusting for various activities. The ab crunching sliding thing in the front is a great workout for the whole core (though more twisting is better for obliques and a narrower waistline, so word of caution at doing it too much, as you might add some bulk to the waist). Using it to do regular crunches on the bench or twisting crunches (I like those better) is nice, since ones feet tend to want to lift off the ground, and the incline position is even more of a challenge for advanced people. And yes, as a bench, it helps give a stable base for free weights. I didn’t really have a sitting place in my home gym, so this is helpful for that, as well as for silly stuff like putting on and taking off shoes.Honestly, if you have a medium sized home gym, this is a nice thing to have. With my current collection consisting of an elliptical machine, bike, free weights, a bosu ball (the half ball on a plastic flat thing—very versatile!, and a fitness ball, I’d say my home gym is pretty much complete!
