Bought the pink small bone for my 3 month puppy! He had it for one day and started throwing up after I gave it him! Any body else have this problem!

My German Rottweiler puppy has been eating it for the last 4 months without any problems. Is the dog big enough to swallow the bone? I also freeze mine and give it to her for teething. I haven't experienced any problems whatsoever with any of the Nylabone products that we've purchased

Would the pink bone work for a 7 year old shi-tzu?

Although the size of this bone would be perfect for a small dog like a shi-tzu, this is a puppy bone made only for puppies. Its composition make it easy for permanent teeth to chomp through it, leaving big chunks that the dog can swallow; choking and bowel obstruction can occur. Puppy bones should not be given to dogs who have already "teethed," shedding their puppy teeth for permanent teeth. You'll need a small size of an adult Nylabone.
