Q: Will this work with a cordless telephone and a headset attached to the telephone?

Hi, I've had a hard time finding a useful headset that will work with the phone and the device at the same time. Every product that I have used has not worked.

Q: will this work with a nortel phone? it says "please check if your phone system is compatible-with this adapter" but it doesn't list compatible systems

Not sure. We use it on Cisco phone system. Don't know why it wouldn't since it just plugs into regular headset cord.

Q: I have a Olympus VN-702PC Voice Recorder and a land line phone. Is this the only other piece of equipment I will need to record calls?

Hello, Yes, I suggest you ensure you have a voice recorder with noice canceling capability. I used a recorder without that feature and the quality of recording was very difficult. I highly recommend this little device. Good Luck!
