Zero arch support
There is zero arch support. Comfortable for awhile but if you have any foot or arch pain and are on your feet for any length of time, these will make you feel horrible! I can not believe they advertise as having arch support and they actually are super flimsy in the arch area and even go down instead of up! If you need a soft padding in your shoes these would be nice. If you need any kind of arch support do not get them! I wasted money on two pairs before I realized how much pain they'd give me and can't return them for a refund because you have to cut them to fit them in your shoes. Not happy at all. And neither are my feet.

I was glad the price was reasonable and they came quickly
I am a Kdg teacher so I am on my feet all day. I have plantar fasciitis and 2 bones spurs on the same foot. I also have high arches. An orthopoedist made molds of my feet and I got inserts but they have worn out. I mostly wear casual or running shoes so I ordered the inserts for that type shoe. I was glad the price was reasonable and they came quickly. I didn't have to trim the inserts at all and the minute I put them on, I immediately felt the difference. The pain in my back, hips, knees, ankles and feet is gone! If these inserts last a while I will buy them again.

In LOVE with this product!!!
I read pages and pages of these reviews and finally decided to purachase a pair, BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! I have high arches and they were killing me, I couldn't find anything to give me the support my feet were neeedinf until I came across these. I'm buying a pair for all the shoes I wear often. THESE ARE INCREDIBLE!!

Comfortable.
The was experiencing symptoms of plantar fasciitis because my work requires hours and hours of standing and very limited walking so I have consistent pressure on my heels. I bought these in hopes of relieving some of that pressure and my pains went away after about two days and haven't been back since.

Worth every penny!!
After I had worn a walking boot for 5 weeks, my podiatrist recommended these insoles for my flat feet, which had triggered pain in my posterior tibial tendon. They worked almost like a miracle! My leg pain improved dramatically in just a few days! They are hard insoles, not cushiony, so they take some getting used to, but they are definitely 5-stars in my book!

Work better than expected, highly recommended
I've been more than impressed with these inserts. They have given my old Nike running shoes new life and while it is too early to speak on their longevity, they seem to be holding up well so far (Just 20 or so miles ran in them since I got them last week). But my shoes feel so much better than my old original inserts ever did.

Ordered for 12yo son - no more heel pain!
My 12 year old son kept describing heel pain exactly where my plantar fasciitis pains me. I hoped he didn’t inherit my father’s and my misfortune, but ordered him these for his running shoes. It seems to have done the trick! No more heel pain and he keeps thanking me for making his shoes so much more comfortable!

I final found a otheotic that get rid of my foot pain
Being a foot suffer for many years. I tried every orthotic out there. These are the best I found and I didn’t have break them for long time. It took a few hours after I put into my expensive made in USA new balance athletics shoes. So these insert were not install in cheaper new balance made in china shoes.
