The strap is just the right length (if you're a child) and can be used as a tourniquet as it is so tight around my wrist.The instructions are okay but it was a shame it didn't tell you how long you had to hold your camera phone above it in order for it to do its 'stuff'. I still cannot get the correct time on it - It is twelve hours ahead (or behind depending on how you look at it). Yet another device that will gather dust in 'that' drawer in the kitchen. Save your money!

Does not stay connected by Bluetooth does not appear to sync with phone pity because it is well made and quite attractive

Cannot pare watch with iPhone.

Blood pressure monitor not very functional

I was diagnosed with a brain anerysum and prior to surgery had to get my blood pressure down to 110 over 80. This little watch enabled me to, within 10%, to check and allow my GP to have a general idea of my pressure. I still had to go to the GP weekly to check but was able to via Bluetooth graph, show my GP on average in which direction my BP was going. Great little watch plus basic excersise, steps HR, etc. Thanks you for giving me a basic insight to my health. P..s all went well after surgery still using this watch it's still a life saver.
