Item was as advertised and very speedy delivery.

Strings are funny, different strings on different guitars for different players and their different ears. So that being said for my 40+ year old Sekova 12 string these are the best. They bring out the sweetnes that is the key asset of this instrument. They feel "softer to the touch. I see the octave D string is now a .012, up from the .010 of old, otherwise the same measurements. I have not played my guitar for about 18 years or so due to arthritic conditions. Am gettin treatments so I have somewhat regained the use of my LH index finger. SOrt of have to relaearn playing almost from the ground up. Are these the strings for you? Worth a try but I got the original sweet ringing tone back after trying another set of Martin strings that gave a harsher, brassier sound.

Can’t go wrong with Martin strings.

I have always used Martin strings. I purchased these for an acoustic guitar that I have not played for years. I used Martin bronze strings on that guitar and the sound was good when they were in their prime. I did not like the sound of these strings, however, so I replaced them with thinner, silk Martin bronze strings and the sound is much better. These would be fine for an electric guitar.

Excellent tone and stability make sound of picking clear and full.

I string my parlor with these. They always sound and feel great and last a long time.
