Could the terminals come attached on both sides of the 3 wires please?

The terminals don’t come attached on both ends because different vehicles need different lengths of wire. You can simply use a hammer and a blunt chisel to crimp the terminal end into place onto the copper wire after using a utility knife to remove a section of the protective casing, after you cut your wire to the length you need for your vehicle.

What fuse can I use for this wire??

I would use at least a 250 or 300 amp fuse. This wire is massive!

What size is the ring opening 5/16 or 3/8?

Know this is late. But last time I checked 1/16+3/8=7/16. (28/64). ***3/8+1/64=25/64**** With small fluctuations in thickness of the insulation, I would disregard that 1/64 as it pretty minuscule, and go with 3/8. We’re not building a motor here to need one hundredth or thousandth of an inch measurement increments.
