I wasn’t too impressed that it was printed on what is essentially a large sticker to put on cardboard instead of canvas. It does seem rather expensive considering. The shipping time to receive my printed template with also rather a long time, I did in fact email them to chase it up. Customer service wise, I did get a quick response assuring me it was with the printer and wouldn’t be long.That being said I am happy with the finished product. Once all the numbers are filled in you do have to use your judgement to a certain extent and amend a few areas to get the best result. For example, the faces can blur into the background in places so I went round them once I had finished to smooth the lines and define them.Overall I am happy with the finished product but would shop around and compare prices more if I wished to buy again.

I really like doing this you get loads of paint I massage them and said the cope they sent me was to cluttered so they sent me a new one I ended up doing the both of them I was happy with both copies in the end but on needed a lot of guess work

I received the item relatively quickly and it doesn’t look bad. But I expected it to be on a canvas and it’s not. I actually thought that I was missing part of the order and then realised that the prints come on two sheets of paper, one of which you stick on a piece of cardboard you receive in the box. Definitely not worth the amount of money to be honest when you consider you get two printed pieces of paper, a couple of paintbrushes, some paint and piece of cardboard. So you’re paying for the printing technology involved in printing your picture. It’s far too expensive! Maximum £15 is more realistic to me. But you live and you learn. I wish I’d shopped around a bit more online. I’m sure I could have found the same kind of thing a lot cheaper. Not too impressed unfortunately.

Absolutely rubbish Website. Totally unclear what you have to do. You cannot buy direct. It allows you to upload photo but for no reason as when the standard box of paints arrive you have to go to another website with enclose voucher to upload photo. The problems then really start. The first one I sent was too dark (why can't they lighten it?) the heads were too far apart on the next (almost touching) and they could not do a landscape despite what it says on their Website. The actual paint by numbers A3 print looks quite good but it has not been painted yet. Pack includes 1 paint brush. Suppose they expect you to buy more. Has the potential to be good but they need to sort their act.

I ordered this to be part of a Christmas gift to give to my boyfriend. I opened the box and the paint is all there but when I went to go and get my picture on the website, it won’t let me upload one, I tried to get their Facebook page and it no longer is online, so I’ve paid £30 for an empty box and some paint that I can’t make use of!
