Why I Bought This Type of Wrist Brace: The company is solid, and I'd spent a long time researching (am so glad for the Amazon AI help) A manager at my fitness club had recommended Copper Compression gloves because I'd injured myself. Not all at once but slowly -by not paying attention to that inner warning to not lift too heavy -to do something about the nagging pain. Then being in a rush, I lifted 24 liter water all at once out of the trunk of my car. forgetting how my Arthritic pain had gone down & hands were improving because I was already dealing with inflammation; I went from stupid to really dumb. Working on the computer, helping others lift stuff, etc. does not help. I found the CopperCompression.com store and looked which gloves could be good for my situation. I order various hand relief gloves, but did not like that they were a bit too short at my wrists. Also for me the half finger gloves, did not help at all, because the pain is in the outer part of the wrist. The best fit are the Wrist Brace Gloves because 1. They are adjustable!! 2. I could adjust the straps to not be directly over my large wrist bone, or if needed to loosen the 2 straps I could do so without wasting time. 3. They are stury, but not too stiff. *4. These type of compression gloves, you can quickly loosen the Velcro Straps and can quickly slide them off. 5. I can send the other pairs I'd tried on & had no use for, back. Also great.

This wrist brace offers good support for my wrist and is more comfortable than the wrap they gave me at the doctor. It’s comfortable enough to sleep in and easy to adjust. My pain levels are way lower than with the wrap I got at the doctor. The reason for 4 stars is because the hand part feels a bit large, but to be fair I sort of have proportionally small hands. My fingers are able to move way easier than the wrap, which is a huge plus. The splint is an absolute game changer. My wrist has been killing me after injuring it during heavy deadlifts. I bought a regular wrist wrap and it helped to an extent.. once I bought this one the pain completely went away. It positions my wrist to comfortably sit in a neutral position. I’m a grown man with decent sized hands and the small fit me perfect . Absolutely worth it!
